Corporate Advertising Policy and Application Newsletter Guidelines: The Newsletter is published in color and sent out via e-mail. Corporate ads are only included in the newsletter and are not published online. ABOUT ADS: Circulation approximately 300. Publication months – January, March, May, July, September, and November. If multiple months are purchased, the same ad can be used, or different ads as long as it is received by the deadline. Specific issues can be chosen on the submission form. Pricing: Corporation WVMA Member Dimensions Full page: $135/issue $100/issue 9”h X 7”w 1/2 page: $110/issue $75/issue 4 1/2”h X 7”w 1/4 page: $75/issue $50/issue 4 1/2”h X 3 1/4”w Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG. Full payment is required prior to publication. The advertiser is responsible for creating all material/graphics. Ads can be emailed to info@wyvma.org by the 15th of the preceding month (Dec. 15 for January, Feb. 15 for March, etc.).
